- Guillermo Fuente Díaz
- Trade name
- GRIZORIAN GAMES
- [email protected]

These are static informational websites without user accounts, contact forms, newsletters, direct sales, audience analytics scripts or advertising trackers. This policy does not describe data processing within the games or replace the privacy information provided by Steam or other external services.
Technical data and security
Pages are served from our web server and delivered through Cloudflare as a network and security provider. To deliver pages and protect the service, the infrastructure may process IP addresses, dates and times, requested URLs, HTTP methods, response statuses, referring pages, browsers, operating systems and other connection and security metadata.
The purposes are to serve requests, maintain availability, prevent abuse and investigate faults and incidents. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting these services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use these logs to build advertising profiles of visitors.
Contact and email support
Write to [email protected] for general enquiries, support or privacy questions. We process your email address, any name you provide, your message and files you voluntarily send, such as screenshots, saved games or error logs. We use them to reply, investigate the reported issue and manage follow-up on your enquiry.
Where an enquiry is necessary to perform a contract to which you are a party or take pre-contractual steps you request, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries and troubleshooting, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to communications and improving the reliability of our games (Article 6(1)(f)). Rights requests are handled to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). We do not use these communications to send advertising.
Providing these details is voluntary, but we need a way to reply and enough information to handle your enquiry. Before attaching files, review them and remove unnecessary personal data, particularly other people’s details, passwords and sensitive information.
Recipients and international transfers
In addition to the owner, providers of the network, security and email services needed to deliver pages and manage communications may access data in accordance with their roles and applicable data-protection terms. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
Cloudflare operates an international network and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Its Data Processing Addendum provides for European Commission standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards for transfers that require them. See also its Privacy Policy. You can request information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry by writing to [email protected].
Retention
- Technical logs: for the time needed to detect, investigate and resolve faults, abuse or incidents, according to log rotation and infrastructure service settings. Records needed for a specific incident are retained while the investigation is ongoing or a retention obligation applies.
- Enquiries and support: while the request is open and follow-up is needed. After it is closed, only data needed for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims is retained for the applicable periods, with restricted access.
The websites do not maintain a database of visitor accounts or profiles. External services such as YouTube or Steam explain their retention periods in their own policies.
Cookies and browser storage
The code of these websites does not set first-party cookies or use local storage for tracking, audience analytics or advertising. Cloudflare’s security and traffic-management features may use necessary technical cookies, depending on the protections in operation. Their purposes and lifetimes are described in the Cloudflare cookie documentation.
You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect security features. If non-essential technologies requiring consent are introduced, we will explain them and request consent before activating them.
Fonts, videos and external links
Our fonts, images and scripts are served from each website. YouTube players, Steam widgets and social feeds are not loaded automatically when you open a page.
YouTube trailers load their player only after you press play. Until then, that player makes no requests to YouTube. We use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); this does not prevent Google from receiving technical data such as your IP address and potentially using its own storage when you play a video. You can avoid that connection by not activating the player. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
When following links to Steam, social networks or other external websites, their own terms and policies apply. We do not control those services’ data processing.
Your rights
Where applicable to the processing and its legal basis, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Tell us which right you wish to exercise and provide the information needed to locate your request. We will only ask for additional identity information if there are reasonable doubts. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Changes and legal notice
We will update this policy if the websites, their services, processing activities or applicable requirements change. The revision date appears at the top. The shared Legal Notice sets out the terms of use for both websites.
